About Eileen Milner

Eileen grew up in Cork Ireland, speaking Gaelic, and completed her BA and Masters in French. She has lived in Southern California and presently resides in Arlington with her husband and three sons. She spent many years teaching French and completed her second master’s in Organisational management from Endicott College in 2015.

Eileen’s passion for helping people to reach their goals is evident. Her clients become part of the circle of people she embraces and supports. Eileen has been recognized as one of the top 5 agents in the Woburn office because of her commitment and her dedication to her clients and her community. 

Eileen enjoys meeting new people and her career in teaching has helped her understand the importance of helping others. Her master’s in Management has taught her how to negotiate deals and best serve her clients in all matters real estate-related. She is enthusiastic, positive, dependable, and responsible and with her extensive training and expertise, she will always represent the best interests of her clients.

Outside of Work I Enjoy:

“I love spending time with my family. I love all outdoor activities. I bike , swim, paddle board, and I love to garden. I love travelling , catching up with friends over coffee, and I love listening to and playing Irish music.”

My Favorite Sports:

“All Irish (Gaelic) sports : hurling, Gaelic football, and soccer.”

Favorite Part of My Job:

“Working with the amazing Lamacchia team. Together we make successful transactions happen. I love talking to people and especially helping them understand the buying and selling process. The ultimate reward for me is seeing a family happily begin a new phase of their lives and knowing my work helped make it happen”

“Lamacchia Real Estate Inc. is a perfect fit for me. My goals align themselves perfectly with the company goals . Training is ongoing and in recent years our company has experienced incredible growth and expansion. When I tell clients I will provide them the best service they can possible receive I mean it because I am trained to do exactly that ”

Do you have a favorite charity?

“I participated in the Dana Farber Pan Mass Bike challenge in 2021 and raised $6,000. In 2022 I biked in Ireland  for Parkinson’s West of Ireland and raised $15,000 and in 2023 I will participate in the Dana Farber Falmouth Road Race in memory of my best friend Chris.”

Do you have any pets?

“No. We had a cat, Gypsy who passed on 2 years ago. We had her for 8 years. She enriched our lives.”
