About Eileen Milner

Eileen is a Lamacchia Trusted Real Estate Advisor and is passionate about her work . She grew up in Cork, Ireland where she completed her BA and Masters in French . She also spent many summers speaking Irish in one of the many Gaelic speaking areas of Ireland .She lived in Pasadena , California for 7 years before moving to Arlington where she lives with her husband and three sons . She spent many years teaching French at Winchester High and while there she also completed her second masters in Organisational Management .
 
Eileen’s passion for guiding and advising clients is evident . She is knowledgeable , patient and supportive offering guidance for each transaction from start to finish. Eileen enjoys meeting new people and her career in teaching has helped her understand the importance of helping others reach their goals. Her Masters in management has taught her the necessary skills to communicate professionally and to negotiate effectively. She is enthusiastic, positive and committed to represent and guide her clients .

Outside of Work I Enjoy:

“I love spending time with my family. I love all outdoor activities. I bike , swim, paddle board, and I love to garden. I love travelling , catching up with friends over coffee, and I love listening to and playing Irish music.”

My Favorite Sports:

“All Irish (Gaelic) sports : hurling, Gaelic football, and soccer.”

Favorite Part of My Job:

“Working with the amazing Lamacchia team. Together we make successful transactions happen. I love talking to people and especially helping them understand the buying and selling process. The ultimate reward for me is seeing a family happily begin a new phase of their lives and knowing my work helped make it happen”

Why made you want to join Lamacchia?

“Lamacchia Real Estate Inc. is a perfect fit for me. My goals align themselves perfectly with the company goals . Training is ongoing and in recent years our company has experienced incredible growth and expansion. When I tell clients I will provide them the best service they can possible receive I mean it because I am trained to do exactly that ”

Do you have a favorite charity?

“I participated in the Dana Farber Pan Mass Bike challenge in 2021 and raised $6,000. In 2022 I biked in Ireland  for Parkinson’s West of Ireland and raised $15,000 and in 2023 I will participate in the Dana Farber Falmouth Road Race in memory of my best friend Chris.”

Do you have any pets?

“No. We had a cat, Gypsy who passed on 2 years ago. We had her for 8 years. She enriched our lives.”
